Start with the registration application.
Download and print the center’s one-page registration application. Complete it by hand, then bring it to Children’s Nest 2 or call the center for return instructions.
Protect your family’s information: the application includes personal and medical details. Please do not email a completed copy unless the center gives you secure return instructions.
